Our dinner menu for April 9:

Involtini di melanzane e pesto – Aubergine, pancetta, pesto & fresh tomato parcels 
Risotto agli asparagi – Asparagus risotto 
Vitello saltimboca – Pan fried veal with prosciutto and sage / Spinaci saltati – Spinach and garlic 
Pera al mascarpone e mandorle – Baked pears with mascarpone and toasted hazelnuts
